These Terms & Conditions apply to all projects, services, and engagements undertaken by Toobitech.com. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
● Revisions are subject to the selected service package.
● Unlimited revisions are provided free of charge, provided that:
○ The original design concept and scope remain unchanged.
○ Requests are reasonable and aligned with the original brief.
● Revision turnaround time is up to 48 hours per request, excluding weekends and
public holidays.
● Any payments made are non-refundable once:
○ Initial design concepts have been delivered and approved, or
○ A request for revisions has been submitted, or
○ The project enters the revision phase.
● Refunds are only applicable if Toobitech.com terminates the contract for reasons
other than client breach or non-performance.
● All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Toobitech.com reserves
the right to approve or reject any request.
● Before initial design delivery:
Full refund minus 10% administrative and processing fee.
● Within 48 hours of initial design delivery:
Eligible for 66% refund, minus 10% administrative and processing fee.
● Within 48–96 hours of initial design delivery:
Eligible for 33% refund, minus 10% administrative and processing fee.
● After 96 hours:
No refund requests will be entertained.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
● After approval of initial designs or submission of revision requests.
● After final files have been delivered.
● If the client becomes unresponsive for 7 consecutive working days.
● If the project has entered the revision stage.
● If the client changes their mind after receiving revisions.
● If multiple agencies are hired for the same project with intent to claim a refund.
● If the project scope is fulfilled according to the original brief.
For website packages, refunds are not applicable once:
● The initial design mockups have been revised, or
● Inner pages have been created with client approval.
For custom bundles, refund eligibility follows the same rules as individual services.
Example: If logo and website services are bundled and the logo is approved, only the website
portion may be eligible for refund (subject to conditions).
● Refund requests must include a valid reason, evaluated against the original brief and
client feedback.
● Refunds are only considered if Toobitech.com has failed to deliver services as per
written instructions provided by the client.
● Refunds are not applicable due to preference changes or subjective dissatisfaction once
revisions have begun.

If the issue cannot be resolved under our revision policy, a refund approval (if applicable) will be
issued by the refund department
● Upon refund issuance, all rights to the delivered designs revert to Toobitech.com.
● The client is prohibited from using, displaying, distributing, or modifying any refunded
design assets.
● Toobitech.com reserves the right to register refunded designs with copyright authorities
to prevent future reuse.
Both parties agree not to publicly defame, criticize, or make negative statements about each
other, including employees, partners, or associates, on any public forum or social platform
during or after the contract period.
Any breach of this clause may result in reasonable compensation for damages as determined
by the non-breaching party
● Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and required inputs.
● Delays caused by lack of client response may affect delivery timelines and refund
eligibility.
● The My Account area is the primary communication channel. Clients must regularly
check it for updates and messages.
● All designs are created based strictly on the specifications provided by the client.
● Our designers conduct adequate research to ensure originality, quality, and relevance.
● Designs are revised until satisfaction is achieved, in accordance with the selected
package.
● We guarantee 100% original design work.
● If a design is found to be substantially similar to an existing design, we will provide a
replacement.
● Toobitech.com is not liable for coincidental similarities.
● Clients are responsible for securing copyrights or trademarks for their designs.
● All web hosting charges are non-refundable once activated.
● By purchasing hosting services, you acknowledge acceptance of the defined service
scope.
● Disputes must first be addressed through customer support prior to any chargeback.
● Domain and hosting may be provided free of charge with select packages.
● Email accounts included in hosting packages can be configured on third-party clients.
● Opting out of hosting services forfeits associated email accounts.
● Design files are delivered via the My Account portal and/or email as per order
confirmation.
● Delivery timelines are binding from the timestamp of file delivery.
● Rush delivery options may be available at an additional cost.
● Final design files are archived by Toobitech.com.
● Files can be re-sent upon request.
● 24/7 customer support is available.
● All inquiries will be addressed promptly
Toobitech.com is only responsible for communications originating from:
● Official email addresses ending in @toobitech.com
● Phone numbers listed on the official website
We are not liable for damages arising from third-party or unauthorized communications.
These Terms & Conditions apply globally and are governed by applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or legal jurisdiction deemed appropriate by Toobitech.com.
